Welcome to the GetFIT website! FIT stands for Freedom Insurance Training. It was created by captive agent, Tyson Luthi. Tyson started in the insurance industry back in 2005 as an agency team member. 

In 2011, he opened his captive agency, using the skills he had learned as a team member.  The biggest struggle that he had was team development. Selling was not a problem for him, but teaching his team to sell seemed to be a tall task. 

Since then, one of his passions was training and team development. He believes that investing in people is the key to success in any business, and helping team members reach their full potential has been a huge reward professionally. Through regular training sessions and coaching, your team can achieve great things.

Tyson believes that the best way to educate our customers is through storytelling. He found that sharing real-life stories and examples helps them better understand the importance of insurance and the role it plays in protecting their assets and loved ones.  Creating Freedom Insurance Training was to help team members and agents have a better way to share stories with their customers, and thus increase their conversion rates. It works! Tyson has proven it. 

Tyson sold GetFIT in March of 2024 so that he could focus on other ventures. But don’t worry, with the new ownership team, you will still enjoy the same look, feel, and benefits that you did when Tyson was the owner!
